Payments
Payments of the registration fee can be made by
a) a regular bank transfer to bank account 6031559

BIC INGBNL2A at the ING bank in the Netherlands.
Please specify ‘STG INTERNATIONAL CHEMOMETRICS RESEARCH MEETING’ as recipient and ‘Utrecht’ as the bank location.
For attendance fee transfers, please specify “Fee ICRM2011” in the descriptive field.
For sponsor/funding transfers, please specify “Sponsorship ICRM2011” in the descriptive field.
Cancellations
Substitutions may be made at any time, but please advise the conference secretariat of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the symposium secretariat immediately. Provided written notice is received by May 20th 2011, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by Juli 1st 2011, a 50% refund will be given. Registrations cancelled after Juli 1st 2011 or for no-shows at the conference will remain payable at full charges.
